Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your electronic mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect mail messages from one email mailbox to another, create mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your mail accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails based on specific criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply specify the email box account you want to forward electronic mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
